The Frost-Date Countdown

A free 6-page guide · no charge, no catch

Autumn gardening runs backward. The question is never “what can I plant now?” — it is “how late can I still sow this and have it finish?” This guide is that arithmetic, already done, for 74 crops.

What is in it

The part most charts leave out

A crop sown in late summer matures into shortening days and cooling soil. It does not run at the speed printed on the seed packet — it runs slower, at both ends of the window. Every figure in this guide carries a 21-day allowance for that, which is the same allowance Bloomsteader itself plans with.

The numbers are not invented for a lead magnet. They come straight out of Bloomsteader’s own plant database — the same 446 plants the app uses.

Where should I send it?

Put your email in and the download appears on the next page. No waiting on an email to arrive first.

One email to confirm you meant it, and after that only occasional notes about the garden and the app. Unsubscribe in one click, any time. Your address goes to our mailing list and nowhere else — we do not sell or share it. See the privacy policy.

Yes, an offline app with an email list is a little funny. The app still sends nothing anywhere — this form is the only part of Bloomsteader that involves a server at all, and it is pointed at your inbox, not at your garden.

Where it comes from

Bloomsteader is a garden planner that runs from a single file. 446 plants, companion and rotation checks, a frost-dated calendar built from your own two dates, drag-and-drop beds, harvest planning and plant diagnosis. No account, no subscription, no internet. One-time purchase, yours forever.
